Hi there. I'm Alyce. Welcome to my website.
During the pandemic I deleted all of my social media accounts. Being stuck at home and off social media, my world suddenly became very small.
I decided to revive my deadjournal to have an outlet to interact with the internet-world. Shortly after that, I found a webring of personal sites on neocities. I was inspired to create my own lil webpage since I knew a little html from my high school days.
The relationships I've formed on both these platforms transformed my views of socializing online. I realized I can totally have an online presence and not have social media. I'm still figuring out what that looks like.
All this is to say, here I am trying my best.
